Frequently Asked Questions We are dedicated to shipping all orders we receive as fast as possible. We usually ship all orders within 48 hours but we usually claim 2-5 business days just to be safe.
Q: What is your current shipping time? Q: What happens if an item is damaged or non functional? If you have a complaint that an item is not working properly (i.e. a radio or flashlight), we will ship out the new item directly to you. You will, just need to fill out a form letting us know exactly what the problem is. All claims must be turned in within 30 days of the order. If an item has been damaged through shipping, you will need to contact UPS and let them know of the problem. Shipping insurance is available through the order screen. The first $100 of value for insurance is free. Q: What happens if an item is missing from an order?
If an item is missing from an order you will need to let us know within 30 days of the order. We will ship out the missing item direct to you. This obviously costs us money to do so. So, we are very careful to make these types of mistakes and it has been an extremely rare occurrence.

Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and transfers the funds without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or any other personal information. Q: Do you charge sales tax? We charge sales tax for the state of Kansas. Everyone else needs to check with their state to find out about their User Tax.
