Q: How long does it take to ship out an order?

We are dedicated to shipping all orders we receive as fast as possible. We usually ship all orders within 48 hours but we usually claim 2-5 business days just to be safe.

Q: What is your current shipping time?

We use UPS, so it depends on where you live from our warehouse in California. It is usually about 5 to 6 days to some places on the east coast.

Q: What happens if an item is damaged or non functional?

If you have a complaint that an item is not working properly (i.e. a radio or flashlight), we will ship out the new item directly to you. You will, just need to fill out a form letting us know exactly what the problem is. All claims must be turned in within 30 days of the order.

Q: What happens if an item is missing from an order? 

If an item is missing from an order you will need to let us know within 30 days of the order. We will ship out the missing item direct to you. This obviously costs us money to do so. So, we are very careful to make these types of mistakes and it has been an extremely rare occurrence.

Q: What Methods of Payment do you accept?

Whether you order through the mail, phone in your order, or order over the Internet, you can always use a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) to pay for your order.

Q: What Name will appear on my Credit Card Bill?

Your credit card bill will show the charge coming from metzsurvivalkits.com. 

Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at metzsurvivalkits.com? 

Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and transfers the funds without anyone ever seeing your credit card number or any other personal information.

Q: Who will deliver my order?

We ship through UPS. 

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax for the state of Kansas. Everyone else needs to check with their state to find out about their User Tax.
